TSH-002A Test bench for diagnostics of alternators, starters and voltage regulators

Der TSH-002A ist ein multifunktionaler Diagnosestand für die schnelle und präzise Diagnose von Lichtmaschinen, Anlassern und Lichtmaschinen-Spannungsreglern für Pkw und Nutzfahrzeuge. Der Prüfstand ermöglicht eine umfassende Beurteilung des technischen Zustands von: Lichtmaschinen mit einer Nennspannung von 12 V und 24 V und beliebigen Anschlussmöglichkeiten. 12-V-Lichtmaschinen mit Start-Stopp-System und „I-ELOOP“-Lichtmaschinen (Mazda). Anlasser mit einer Leistung von bis zu 6 kW und einer Nennspannung von 12 V und 24 V werden im Leerlauf geprüft. 12-V-/24-V-Spannungsregler werden getrennt von der Lichtmaschine geprüft.
Der Prüfstand TSH-002A zeigt die gemessenen Parameter in Echtzeit-Oszillogrammen an und bietet so einen vollständigen Überblick über den Betrieb der Einheit und ermöglicht eine präzisere Fehlerdiagnose. Die Werkbank kann außerdem mit Spezialkabeln für den schnellen Anschluss an die Lichtmaschinenklemmen ausgestattet werden, wodurch bei der Diagnose ähnlicher Lichtmaschinen Zeit gespart wird.
