Prüfung von elektromagnetischen Kupplungen und Steuerventilen auf Kurzschluss, Unterbrechung und Vorhandensein einer Diode sowohl im Verbund mit dem Kompressor als auch getrennt davon. Wartungslauf der Kompressoren. Prüfungen neuer Kompressoren (Analoggeräte) vor dem Verkauf. Erstellung und Ausdruck von Prüfberichten (jeder externe Drucker kann verwendet werden). Funktionen: Diagnose aller Kompressortypen von riemengetriebenen Fahrzeugklimaanlagen mit einer Nennspannung von 12/24 V. Betrieb des Prüfstands mit den Kältemitteln R134a oder R1234yf. Zwei Diagnosemodi: automatisch und manuell. Diagnose von elektromagnetischen Ventilen und Kupplungen unabhängig vom Kompressor. Wartungslauf von Kompressoren. Vorverkaufsprüfung neuer Kompressoren-Analoggeräte. Benutzerfreundliches und intuitives Menü auf einem 10,4-Zoll-Touchscreen zur Steuerung der Prüfstandsfunktionen und des Diagnosevorgangs. Tester ACT-1222 is used for diagnosis of piston, axial piston, rotor and scroll compressors for vehicle air conditioning systems operating with R134a or R1234yf.
